As a Subject Matter Expert in Azure IaaS and Terraform, you will resolve escalations and incidents, mentor team members, and enhance operational processes. Your expertise will ensure timely resolution, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction through effective analysis and problem-solving.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents by analyzing Azure IaaS and Windows environments.
  • Mentor team members and administrators on best practices in Azure IaaS and Terraform.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Validate change order implementation plans and ensure human error compliance.
  • Participate in capacity planning sessions and utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • Facilitate positive customer feedback and satisfaction by engaging in customer meetings.
  • Address concerns related to Azure services and provide effective communication to stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause and trend analyses of incidents and generate reports.

Krav

  • Strong proficiency in Azure IaaS and Windows Server Management.
  • Advanced expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in documenting processes and creating Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
