Responsibilities
- Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents by analyzing Azure IaaS and Windows environments.
- Mentor team members and administrators on best practices in Azure IaaS and Terraform.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Validate change order implementation plans and ensure human error compliance.
- Participate in capacity planning sessions and utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Facilitate positive customer feedback and satisfaction by engaging in customer meetings.
- Address concerns related to Azure services and provide effective communication to stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause and trend analyses of incidents and generate reports.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Azure IaaS and Windows Server Management.
- Advanced expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in documenting processes and creating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Optional)
- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Optional)
