The Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Tools & Automation will be responsible for resolving escalations and incidents, leveraging expertise in Terraform and PowerShell to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction. This role involves mentoring team members, contributing to documentation, and validating change implementations.

Ansvarsområden

Resolve escalated incidents using Terraform and PowerShell to ensure SLA compliance and high-quality standards.
Mentor team members and administrators, prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain documentation.
Validate change order implementation plans and participate in capacity planning.
Engage in customer meetings to gather insights and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct and validate Root Cause Analysis and Trend Analysis, presenting findings to stakeholders.

Krav

Proficiency in Terraform and PowerShell for automation and infrastructure management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause and trend analysis.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
Proficient in Python for scripting and automation tasks.

Önskade kvalifikationer

ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud certification (Optional but valuable).
