We are seeking an experienced SME in Program & Project Management with 8-12 years of experience, focusing on Network and compute projects. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to manage complex programs and drive results.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents by analyzing ticket data and implementing corrective actions according to agreed SLAs.
  • Mentor team members and administrators while preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
  • Validate change order implementation plans and ensure human error compliance, actively participating in capacity planning to align resources with operational demands.
  • Engage in customer meetings to gather feedback and understand challenges, ensuring a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and trend analyses, validating findings and reports to provide actionable insights for key business stakeholders to improve operational performance.

Krav

  • 8-12 years of experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Primary skill in Network and compute Projects.
  • In-depth understanding of project terminology and methodology.
  • 2-5 years of Program management, 8-10 years of experience managing programs.
  • Good Experience in Network and compute Project management.
  • Ability to lead multi-function program team through influencing skills.
  • In-depth Risk / Issue / Change Management knowledge.
  • Developing executive level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Familiarity with SLA management and incident resolution processes.
  • Knowledge of capacity planning and change management principles.
  • Optional but valuable certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundation Certification.

  • In depth knowledge of how to navigate through matrixed organizations to engage teams and get work done.
  • Can establish and maintain effective relationships with business and IT customers to gain their trust and respect.
  • Excellent influencing skills to gain alignment and manage portfolio of programs / projects.
  • Ability to think strategically and set the agenda for the portfolio.
  • Ability to understand interdependencies and can connect the dots on how one program impacts another.
  • Ability to organize complex and/or ambiguous information for sponsors.
  • Organizing program goals / objectives into portfolio with specific priorities / sequencing.
  • Work closely with the Program Executive Sponsor, Steering Committees and Portfolio Managers to facilitate decisions necessary for delivery and to overcome barriers.
  • Resolve political, resource, budgeting, change, and legal issues affecting the portfolio.
  • Serves as a mentor/advisor/decision-maker to program managers for the portfolio for issues related to corporate politics, external politics, client relations, governmental regulation, project quality, project risk, and safety.
  • Oversee development of proposals and requests for proposals associated with the portfolio.
  • Proficient in Project Management Methodologies and Tools, particularly in DMO and Project Execution.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the Ability to Perform Trend Analysis and Root Cause Investigations.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to Effectively Liaise With Stakeholders and Present Findings.
