The Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT Security is responsible for the timely resolution of escalated incidents in vulnerability management, ensuring quality compliance and customer satisfaction. This role involves mentoring team members, developing SOPs, and participating in capacity planning and change management activities.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets in vulnerability management, adhering to SLAs and industry standards.
Mentor team members and administrators, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining documentation.
Validate change order implementation plans and ensure compliance with human error protocols.
Participate in capacity planning activities to optimize resource allocation.
Foster positive customer relationships by addressing issues and gathering feedback.
Conduct root cause analysis and trend analysis, validating reports to support performance metrics.

Krav

Strong proficiency in vulnerability management processes and tools.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on incident resolution and quality compliance.
Effective communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in preparing documentation and SOPs.
Familiarity with capacity planning and change management practices.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional but valuable certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or relevant vulnerability management certifications.
