As a Subject Matter Expert in Support & Operations, you will be responsible for resolving escalations and incidents using Azure, Terraform, and IaC principles. You will also mentor team members, prepare SOPs, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents using IaC and Terraform within Azure environments, adhering to SLAs.
Mentor team members and administrators on Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Kubernetes best practices.
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes.
Validate change order implementation plans and ensure human error compliance using Terraform configurations and Azure infrastructure management.
Engage in customer meetings to address concerns and gather feedback.
Conduct root cause analysis and trend analysis to provide insights through reports.

Krav

Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and hands-on experience with Terraform.
Proficiency in Azure services including IaaS, PaaS, and Kubernetes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause and trend analyses.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for incident management and service delivery.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Certification in Azure Solutions Architect or Terraform Associate.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
