Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) role responsible for resolving escalated incidents using AWS and Terraform best practices, mentoring team members, and conducting root cause analyses with Python. The position involves customer engagement and requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Resolve escalated incidents applying AWS and Terraform best practices to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Mentor team members in IaC methodologies, prepare SOPs, and maintain documentation.
  • Validate change order implementation plans using AWS CloudFormation and Ansible.
  • Engage with customers to identify issues and ensure positive feedback.
  • Conduct root cause and trend analyses using Python scripting and present performance reports.

Krav

  • Proficient in IaC tools, specifically Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and PaaS offerings.
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause and trend analyses using Python.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Optional but Valuable)
  • Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Optional but Valuable)
