Engage with customers to identify issues and ensure positive feedback.
Conduct root cause and trend analyses using Python scripting and present performance reports.

Requirements

Proficient in IaC tools, specifically Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
Strong understanding of AWS services and PaaS offerings.
Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause and trend analyses using Python.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Desired Qualifications

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Optional but Valuable)
Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Optional but Valuable)
