Amazon is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention (SLP) Specialist in Bangalore, Karnataka. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of security operations, protecting people, and preventing loss across the supply chain. The ideal candidate has experience in security, data analysis, and holds a bachelor's degree.

Ansvarsområden

  • Execute day-to-day security operations and conduct regular physical security checks at assigned sites.
  • Support business operations resilience through emergency and crisis planning.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for risk management with local and external management, including law enforcement.
  • Ensure assigned sites comply with Amazon global security standards.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security concerns.
  • Perform physical security audits and investigate policy violations, security incidents, and loss events.
  • Collect information through system monitoring, data analysis, and interviews.
  • Execute procedures to address security incidents and implement solutions for vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain the physical integrity of sites and monitor system functionality.
  • Interact with external security service providers to ensure service quality.
  • Deliver loss prevention education and awareness programs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on policy and procedure across all management levels.

Krav

  • Experience in security and loss prevention.
  • Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Fluent in English (speak, read, and write).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in physical security best practices, including application of physical security systems, investigation techniques, management of contract security guards, and incident management.
  • Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data.
