Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day security operations and conduct regular physical security checks at assigned sites.
- Support business operations resilience through emergency and crisis planning.
- Identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for risk management with local and external management, including law enforcement.
- Ensure assigned sites comply with Amazon global security standards.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security concerns.
- Perform physical security audits and investigate policy violations, security incidents, and loss events.
- Collect information through system monitoring, data analysis, and interviews.
- Execute procedures to address security incidents and implement solutions for vulnerabilities.
- Maintain the physical integrity of sites and monitor system functionality.
- Interact with external security service providers to ensure service quality.
- Deliver loss prevention education and awareness programs.
- Liaise with stakeholders on policy and procedure across all management levels.
Requirements
- Experience in security and loss prevention.
- Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Fluent in English (speak, read, and write).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in physical security best practices, including application of physical security systems, investigation techniques, management of contract security guards, and incident management.
- Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data.
