Amazon seeks a skilled SLP Expert to develop and implement a world-class security program ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of customer purchases. The role focuses on physical security operations, site audits, process improvement, investigations, and crisis management for assigned facilities.

Ansvarsområden

  • End-to-end responsibility of security operations, including guarding services management, control room monitoring, and security asset/system management.
  • Perform frequent audits, partner with operations to remediate defects, and drive required certifications for security compliance.
  • Prevent losses and control shrink through proactive identification of process violations, trend analysis, and collaboration with operations for corrective mechanisms.
  • Conduct interventional investigations of theft, fraud, and customer abuse using video surveillance and coordinating with law enforcement.
  • Evaluate internal and external risks, implement mitigation measures, and devise immediate solutions during crisis and incident situations.
  • Prepare and present documents for business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR) and drive meetings to discuss critical points with leaders.

Krav

  • 10+ years of law enforcement or security-related experience.
  • Experience in law enforcement or a security-related profession.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
