Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility of security operations, including guarding services management, control room monitoring, and security asset/system management.
- Perform frequent audits, partner with operations to remediate defects, and drive required certifications for security compliance.
- Prevent losses and control shrink through proactive identification of process violations, trend analysis, and collaboration with operations for corrective mechanisms.
- Conduct interventional investigations of theft, fraud, and customer abuse using video surveillance and coordinating with law enforcement.
- Evaluate internal and external risks, implement mitigation measures, and devise immediate solutions during crisis and incident situations.
- Prepare and present documents for business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR) and drive meetings to discuss critical points with leaders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of law enforcement or security-related experience.
- Experience in law enforcement or a security-related profession.
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
