  • Build and retain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment.

  • Passionate about customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of the home-to-home shopping experience and customer insight.
  • Good leader with influencing skills and ability to enable change.
  • Competent in leading and developing people.
