Ansvarsområden

Verifies the accuracy of outgoing shipments and orders.
Computes duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of product that is exported to foreign counties.
Processes US and International paperwork for transaction completeness and accuracy.
Ensures that safety techniques are used in all aspects of daily work responsibilities.
Receives and reads customer order to identify item(s) to be pulled.
Fills customers’ orders in accordance with specifications on order form.
Packages orders using appropriate shipping containers and packaging.
Operates standard or automatic machines, such as electronic scales and tapes machines.
Accurately prepares orders for shipment to include secure packaging and wrapping.
Responsible for accurate shipments (product and documentation).
Responsible accurate reporting and on-time shipments of customer product as required.
Completes other assignments as assigned by management or designate.

Krav

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience
Experience using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and parcel shipping software (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or DHL Easyship)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer-based systems
Forklift operation experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift 40 pounds intermittently
Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 10 hours daily
Ability to recognize when to escalate issues to management
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
