This role leads a team of Security Officers in Manesar, ensuring effective daily deployment, incident response, and adherence to security standards. The Shift Security Supervisor is responsible for developing a robust site security culture, overseeing daily operations, and implementing SOPs aligned with company policies.

Ansvarsområden

Supervise and motivate on-duty Security Officers.
Oversee daily operations for effective site coverage.
Develop and implement SOPs aligned with group security standards.
Report and escalate all security breaches.
Ensure optimal functioning of all physical, technical, and procedural security systems.
Lead the team during incidents and coordinate with emergency services.
Conduct training, briefings, and inductions for security personnel.
Monitor and manage all security and emergency-related procedures.
Investigate and report security incidents and risks.
Ensure controlled contractor and visitor access.
Support card access creation and visitor management.
Handle performance management and staffing decisions.
Ensure timely maintenance and fault resolution of security equipment.

Krav

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to coach and guide team members.
Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to make timely decisions and manage priorities independently.
Capable of working under pressure and engaging with all organizational levels.
Experience in developing and implementing SOPs.
Proficiency in incident response and reporting.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and training procedures.
Experience in managing security equipment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in people management, including planning manpower requirements and overseeing recruitment.
Experience in monitoring staff performance and facilitating development.
Experience in approving leaves, managing absenteeism, and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
Experience in maintaining clean and safe work environments.
Experience in conducting risk assessments.
Experience in providing fire/life safety training.
