Tetra Pak is looking for a proactive Shift Leader in Rayong, Thailand, to manage daily manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. The role involves leading a production team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with various management systems.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and coordinate daily production operations to achieve targets for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Drive Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with Tetra Pak standards and maintain equipment performance through effective preventive maintenance.
Analyze production and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Promote and sustain high standards of 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
Support and participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) pillar activities and improvement projects.
Manage shift staffing, attendance, and overtime activities.
Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, environmental, and occupational health & safety management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP).
Maintain high standards of product hygiene, plant hygiene, personal hygiene, and workplace safety.
Coach, develop, and motivate operators to build capability and improve team performance.
Monitor operational KPIs and drive actions to achieve production and quality targets.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience leading or supervising shopfloor teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Knowledge of TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, WCM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Good understanding of safety management systems, quality standards, and ISO requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English.
A hands-on approach, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to lead by example.
