SKIDATA is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join their Field Service Operations team in Victoria, Australia. The role involves technical service, maintenance, installation, commissioning, and customer support for access systems. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring 2-3 years of experience and a qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Advanced Electronics.

Ansvarsområden

Deliver timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis on SKIDATA equipment and sites.
Install, configure, and commission new access systems across VIC.
Complete work orders, installation documentation, warranty forms, and parts management in ServiceNow.
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing technical advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and equipment upkeep, while identifying and reporting hazards promptly.

Krav

2–3 years’ experience in a service, maintenance, or installation role.
Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Advanced Electronics (or working towards one).
Strong computer literacy and programming skills.
Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A customer-focused mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
