This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on automated pedestrian doors, diagnosing electro-mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ansvarsområden

Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service.
Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.
Operate power tools and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 100 lbs., climbing ladders, kneeling).
Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.

Krav

Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus).
Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.
Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21.
Must be able to successfully obtain AAADM certification within one (1) year of employment and maintain certification as required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
Access control systems experience a plus.
