ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Technician in Mississauga, Ontario to perform maintenance, repair, and upgrades on automated pedestrian doors. This role involves diagnosing electro-mechanical and electrical issues, working with door components, and maintaining customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license and commitment to safety are essential.

Ansvarsområden

Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.
Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.
Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.

Krav

Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus).
Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
G License
High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.

Förmåner

$23-39 per hour; The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on education, experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role.
