Scania is seeking a Service Manager to drive the service business and lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for defence customers. This role involves developing service concepts, establishing strategic plans, and building end-to-end ILS solutions. The ideal candidate has a technical or commercial university degree and experience in service operations, defence customers, or regulated environments.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive and develop the service business together with business units.
  • Establish and execute strategic plans for selected markets and customers.
  • Develop and implement new service concepts within Power Solutions.
  • Build end-to-end ILS solutions tailored to each program’s needs.
  • Deliver documentation and manuals, workshop tools, tailored training, and assured spare part provisioning.
  • Work closely with international defence customers.

Krav

  • A commercial or technical university degree.
  • Experience from service operations, service development, or aftermarket.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience from working with defence customers or in regulated environments.
  • Experience with ILS, tenders, or complex customer deliverables.
  • Experience negotiating or managing contracts.
  • Knowledge of documentation, training, and service solutions within a lifecycle perspective.
