Ansvarsområden

  • Provide installation and commissioning service for customers when compressor equipment is delivered.
  • Provide equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.
  • Perform day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor equipment.
  • Identify difficult problems and provide total solutions to customers.
  • Initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Instruct and guide new engineers on correct working methods, procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Reduce maintenance costs and improve equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Provide reports to Service Supervisors summarizing technical issues, customer concerns, and potential aftermarket product requirements.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide efficient after-sales service.
  • Maintain relationships with the technical team to provide feedback on product quality issues and technical skills/methods for resolving complex problems.
  • Contribute to sustainable operations for parts and service, focusing on quality, safety, and environmental issues.

Krav

  • More than 3 years of experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment.
  • College graduated or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Basic English in speaking and reading.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit and customer-oriented concept.
