Responsibilities
- Provide installation and commissioning service for customers when compressor equipment is delivered.
- Provide equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.
- Perform day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor equipment.
- Identify difficult problems and provide total solutions to customers.
- Initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.
- Instruct and guide new engineers on correct working methods, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Reduce maintenance costs and improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Provide reports to Service Supervisors summarizing technical issues, customer concerns, and potential aftermarket product requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide efficient after-sales service.
- Maintain relationships with the technical team to provide feedback on product quality issues and technical skills/methods for resolving complex problems.
- Contribute to sustainable operations for parts and service, focusing on quality, safety, and environmental issues.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment.
- College graduated or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Willing to travel.
- Basic English in speaking and reading.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit and customer-oriented concept.
