Tetra Pak is seeking a Service Engineer in Colombo, Sri Lanka, to provide high-quality service to customers by maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing food processing and packaging equipment. The role involves training operators, monitoring service contracts, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Ansvarsområden

  • Travel to customer sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations.
  • Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes.
  • Train customer operators and support production efficiency.
  • Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards.
  • Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and promote a safe working culture.

Krav

  • Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles.
  • Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering.
  • Strong mechanical/electrical/automation knowledge.
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset.
