Ansvarsområden
- Manage day-to-day execution of hardware and logistics projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Coordinate with Logistics Managers and operational teams to track hardware movement and project progress.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and customer updates.
- Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, cost management, and variance reporting.
- Support customer meetings and stakeholder communications by providing accurate project data and reporting.
- Track project deliverables and coordinate cross-functional teams for timely execution and issue resolution.
- Manage project escalations and support risk mitigation activities.
- Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of goods receipts and project-related financial transactions.
- Prepare project close-out documentation, customer acceptance records, and lessons learned.
- Support process improvement initiatives and reporting enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, supply chain operations, logistics, service delivery, or related operational functions.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, status reporting, and customer deliverables.
- Knowledge of hardware logistics, transportation operations, customer delivery processes, and supply chain operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience tracking budgets, forecasts, costs, purchase orders, invoicing, and goods receipt processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer relationship, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, escalations, and project close-out activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while consistently meeting project commitments.
