HCLTech seeks an experienced Service Delivery Manager for its Noida, Uttar Pradesh office. The role involves managing financial statement audits, balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, ensuring robust control environments, and overseeing the General Ledger process with a strong understanding of R2R, SLAs, and KPIs. Requires 15+ years of financial data management and 5+ years of team management experience, along with expertise in Peoplesoft, Blackline, and US GAAP.

Ansvarsområden

Support audit of financial statements.
Prepare and review Balance Sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
Perform analytical review of B/S and P/L accounts.
Ensure appropriate control environment in General Ledger services.
Establish and maintain end-to-end General Ledger process controls.
Set up recurring entries for Depreciation run.
Ensure Forex rates are uploaded before Month-end close.
Circulate and follow the close calendar by business teams.
Review P&L and post adjustment entries.
Manage and publish SLAs / KPIs.
Coach, Mentor and train new team members.

Krav

15+ years of relevant experience in recording and reporting of financial data, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
5+ years of management experience with direct team oversight, including coaching and mentoring staff.
Strong knowledge of Peoplesoft (ERP), Blackline and associated RTR automation tools.
Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements and internal controls.
Open to work in US shift.
Finance graduate/post graduate.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Strong End to End understanding in R2R with good knowledge controls and process SLAs and KPIs per client requirements.
Review Accounts Reconciliations and follow-up with stakeholders for open items resolution.
