I korthet

Alfa Laval is looking for a Service Center Technician in Jubail Industrial City. The role involves excellent knowledge of repair processes, monitoring team performance, and acting as a link between the team and management. Previous experience with heat exchangers, centrifuges, and welding is considered a plus.

Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor processes and performance with a focus on waste elimination.
  • Act as a link between the team, support functions and team manager.
  • Develop key processes and tools within the team.
  • Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues.
  • Control quality, deviations and service execution stops.
  • Support team members with immediate problem solving.
  • Support and participate in problem-solving and knowledge-sharing with other service organizations.
  • Optional: coordinate, plan and support the daily work of the team/shift.

Krav

  • Excellent knowledge of repair processes/products/applications.
  • Previous experience of Plate and Welded Heat Exchangers reconditioning and maintenance. (Is a plus)
  • Previous experience of decanter centrifuge maintenance. (Is a plus)
  • Tig welding experience. (is a plus)
