Responsibilities
- Monitor processes and performance with a focus on waste elimination.
- Act as a link between the team, support functions and team manager.
- Develop key processes and tools within the team.
- Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues.
- Control quality, deviations and service execution stops.
- Support team members with immediate problem solving.
- Support and participate in problem-solving and knowledge-sharing with other service organizations.
- Optional: coordinate, plan and support the daily work of the team/shift.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of repair processes/products/applications.
- Previous experience of Plate and Welded Heat Exchangers reconditioning and maintenance. (Is a plus)
- Previous experience of decanter centrifuge maintenance. (Is a plus)
- Tig welding experience. (is a plus)
