Ansvarsområden

  • Manage service orders from vehicle reception to return.
  • Plan workshop activities and coordinate technicians and the parts department.
  • Communicate with customers daily to meet their needs.
  • Monitor repair quality and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks and invoicing.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.

Krav

  • Secondary school education (technical or automotive background is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Well-organized, able to prioritize and complete tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Category B driving licence.
  • Speaks Czech or Slovak.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous experience in an automotive workshop.
  • Knowledge of trucks or trailer technology.
  • Category C driving licence.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Experience leading a small team.
