Ansvarsområden
- Act as the first point of contact for face-to-face and telephone customers.
- Promote Workshop Services and Products.
- Liaise between the workshop and service areas.
- Support admin and invoicing functions.
- Familiarize with book times and vehicle parts.
- Understand relevant Service Department systems and developments.
- Read technical information related to product development.
Krav
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience as a Vehicle Dealership Service Advisor.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Confidence and upselling skills.
- Customer focus.
