Nordea is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer for a temporary 9-month role in Helsinki, focusing on maintaining and scaling their design system and creating accessible digital services. The ideal candidate has strong visual and interaction design skills, experience with design systems, and an interest in AI tools.

Ansvarsområden

Maintain, update, and scale the comprehensive design system.
Act as the primary bridge between the design and development communities.
Champion the design language and best practices across the organization.
Execute high-quality interaction, UX, and visual design solutions for complex workflows.
Leverage and implement AI tools within the design process.

Krav

Senior-level experience leading UX/UI design initiatives.
Proven track record managing comprehensive design systems.
Strong expertise across interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity visual design.
Demonstrated success partner-shipping with developers to translate design tokens and components into code.
Advanced, daily working knowledge of modern design tools like Figma.
Experience with component library management.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Hands-on experience using AI design assistants or automation tools.
Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, native mobile frameworks.
Experience running inner-source design communities and workshops.
