Microsoft seeks a Senior Unified Digital Specialist to lead a global sales team focused on AI-powered solutions for Small Medium Enterprises and Channel partners. This role involves driving new business, coaching team members, and fostering digital transformation for mid-market and corporate customers.

Ansvarsområden

Act as a thought leader across solution areas to advise team on customer digital transformation.
Drive the importance of robust deployment and creating business value for customers by identifying and facilitating removal of blockers to consumption.
Lead sales orchestration to proactively drive deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders.
Leverage and expand relationships with Account Team leadership.
Coach team leveraging competitor and offering knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert.
Drive end-to-end sales and delivery success of the assigned territory.
Enforce forecasting for accounts and review team portfolio and territory plans to ensure intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities aimed at maintaining levels of client satisfaction.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
2+ years of solution or services sales experience.
Growth Mindset. Ability to overcome and work around problems that are inevitable in rapidly growing businesses – positive approach to problem solving, learning, and development.

Förmåner

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $40.96 - $80.96 per hour.
In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is USD $60.96 - $86.11 per hour.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
