Ansvarsområden

Assess the integrity and effectiveness of the bank's internal control framework to support risk mitigation.
Collaborate with various stakeholders across the bank to improve overall control effectiveness.
Identify and investigate potential weaknesses and issues within internal controls.
Develop reports to communicate key findings from risk assessment, including control weaknesses and recommendations.
Execute reviews to determine the effectiveness of the bank's internal controls framework aligned to established and evolving policies, regulation, and best practice.
Implement adherence to the Barclays Controls Framework and assess controls against it.

Krav

12-15 years of experience.
Coding skills in Java and Python.
Knowledge of business areas, products, processes, and platforms to assess risk.
In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise.
Ability to perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.
Ability to make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information, paying attention to detail.
Ability to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience, guided by precedents.
Ability to build a network of contacts outside the team and external to the organisation.
