We are looking for a skilled Data Modeler to design and implement dimensional data structures for efficient reporting and analytics. The role involves translating business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical models, ensuring high-performance, scalable, and accurate data marts. Key responsibilities include designing data marts, knowledge of ETL, performance tuning, and maintaining data governance.

Ansvarsområden

Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models using dimensional modeling techniques (Kimball methodology) optimized for data mart performance.
Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse/data mart structures.
Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical data structures.
Define data ingestion, transformation, and load pipelines using ETL.
Tune SQL queries, indexes, and database schemas for maximum efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, lineage, and data definitions.
Ensure data consistency, quality, and security within the data mart.

Krav

Strong proficiency in relational, dimensional (star schema), and NoSQL modeling.
Expert-level SQL skills.
Experience with ETL/data integration tools.
Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Databricks, Redshift).
