Ansvarsområden

Design and implement integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and related technologies.
Create and customize modern user experiences using UI Builder/frontend.
Develop widgets, scripts, and UI customizations for Service Portal.
Apply platform best practices in development.
Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
Work with Agentic AI / AI-enabled solutions within ServiceNow or enterprise platforms.
Implement enterprise-scale solutions using agile delivery methodologies.

Krav

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development across multiple modules.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and related technologies.
Extensive experience with UI Builder/frontend, including creating and customizing modern user experiences.
Strong front-end development experience in Service Portal, including widget development, scripting, and UI customization.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), Flow Designer, and platform best practices.
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-enabled solutions within ServiceNow or enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise-scale implementations and agile delivery methodologies.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Agentic AI, Now Assist, or AI-driven workflow automation is a plus.
