The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing C and C++ device drivers for embedded products on Windows/Linux. This role requires strong knowledge of kernel internals, debugging tools, and embedded systems concepts, along with leading a team and ensuring code quality.

Ansvarsområden

Providing technical guidance to a team of developers.
Conducting comprehensive code reviews and overseeing quality assurance processes.
Ensuring process compliance and participating in technical discussions as a consultant.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Preparing and submitting status reports.

Krav

5 to 9 years of experience.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing Windows/Linux device drivers.
Very good in Kernel debugging and Kernel internals.
Very good in RTOS concepts and implementation of various kernel level synchronization mechanisms.
Very good in Embedded systems concepts and Embedded protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB).
Familiar with MCU (16bit or 32bit) programming, CPU (Intel/ARM) architecture.
Thorough in handling IO operations, memory management in a real-time environment.
Excellent programming skills in C and C++.
Experience with debugging tools like Segger JLink, WinDBG/KGDB.
Strong technical aptitude, quick learning ability, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Preferred audio driver development skills.
Experience in Python /Power Shell scripting.
