Ansvarsområden

Design and deploy WalkMe-based digital adoption solutions.
Build role-specific, process-aligned in-app guidance.
Collaborate with training, OCM, and functional teams.
Monitor usage analytics and iterate on content.
Maintain a scalable, governed library of WalkMe assets.
Gather requirements for in-application guidance.
Design and develop WalkMe content tailored to specific user roles.
Deliver role-appropriate and context-sensitive content.
Integrate WalkMe with enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft 365).
Build and publish self-help menus and in-app knowledge repositories.
Analyze WalkMe Insights dashboards and usage reports.
Maintain version control, content naming conventions, and documentation standards.
Support Train-the-Trainer sessions and stakeholder demos.
Coordinate with global teams for localization.
Provide post-go-live support, content updates, and enhancements.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
WalkMe certification (e.g., WalkMe Builder Certification) is strongly preferred.
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience developing digital adoption content using platforms like SAP Enable Now and WalkMe.
Proven track record of enterprise-scale deployments.
Proficiency with WalkMe Builder, SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline.
Experience integrating WalkMe with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics).
Familiarity with WalkMe Insights, Analytics, and Data Collection features.
Understanding of digital adoption principles, user experience design, and change management concepts.
Experience working on large-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience with offshore delivery models and phased deployment timelines.
