Seeking a Senior Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass for configuration, support, and end-to-end management of contingent workforce and services procurement processes. The role involves working with business teams, supporting integrations with SAP and other platforms, and troubleshooting production issues.

Ansvarsområden

Configure and support SAP Fieldglass modules for contingent workforce and services procurement.
Manage end-to-end processes including job posting, hiring, onboarding, SOWs, time sheets, expense management, offboarding, invoicing, and approvals.
Configure workflows, approval chains, rate structures, business rules, custom fields, and user roles.
Gather requirements from business, procurement, HR, finance, and supplier teams.
Support integration between SAP Fieldglass and systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other HR/ERP platforms.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
Perform requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test cases, and user documentation.
Coordinate with technical/integration teams for interfaces, data loads, and system enhancements.

Krav

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass.
Good understanding of Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement/SOW.
Experience with Fieldglass configuration, workflows, rate cards, suppliers, workers, and approvals.
Knowledge of integrations with SAP and third-party systems.
Understanding of procurement and workforce-management business processes.
Experience in testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

SAP Fieldglass implementation or rollout experience.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
Experience working with MSP/VMS processes and staffing suppliers.
SAP Fieldglass certification is an advantage.
