Ansvarsområden

Architect, design, and guide the development of products and solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers in Generative AI and related technologies.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of products and sustenance projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Drive adoption of new technologies and ensure team stays updated with advancements in Generative AI.
Mitigate delivery risks by proactively identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
Ensure solutions are compliant with industry best practices, client requirements, and quality benchmarks.

Krav

Strong expertise in Generative AI, including hands-on experience with Generative AI Agents.
Proven track record in architecting and delivering AI-powered solutions.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience leading technical teams in a product or solution delivery environment.
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are an advantage.
Experience in client-facing roles and solution consulting.
Publications or contributions to the AI/ML community.
