We are seeking a Senior Support Lead with 6+ years of experience, including at least 3 years administering GitHub Enterprise environments. This role is responsible for the administration, security, support, and continuous improvement of GitHub platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and security for development teams.

Ansvarsområden

Administer GitHub Enterprise Server and Cloud environments, managing users, teams, repositories, and access permissions.
Configure and maintain repository governance, branch protections, and organizational policies.
Plan and perform platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
Monitor platform health, capacity, and performance.
Administer authentication and identity integrations (SAML SSO, SCIM, LDAP, Entra ID).
Implement and maintain security controls, access management, and audit requirements.
Support GitHub Advanced Security capabilities (secret scanning, Dependabot, code scanning).
Manage GHES replication, backup, recovery, and failover processes.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and GitHub APIs.
Support GitHub Actions workflows and self-hosted runner infrastructure.
Integrate GitHub with enterprise tools and CI/CD platforms.
Provide technical support for GitHub users and development teams, troubleshoot platform issues.
Develop documentation, operational procedures, and user guidance.
Produce platform usage, licensing, and adoption reports.
Maintain operational documentation, standards, and governance controls.

Krav

6+ years of overall experience.
Minimum 3+ years of experience administering GitHub Enterprise environments (Server and/or Cloud).
Experience supporting enterprise-scale source control and DevOps platforms.
Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with GitHub Actions and Self-Hosted Runners.
Experience with GitHub Advanced Security and GitHub Copilot.
Proficiency in Git, Repository Management, and Branch Protection.
Knowledge of Linux, SSH, DNS, SSL/TLS, and Networking.
Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), SAML, SCIM, and LDAP.
Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, REST and GraphQL APIs.
Experience with Azure and/or AWS Cloud Platforms.
