Autoliv is seeking a Senior Specialist in Power BI to lead their enterprise BI strategy. This role involves designing and delivering Power BI solutions, managing data quality, and providing technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

Act as the Power BI and BI Subject Matter Expert across Enterprise Solutions.
Drive the evolution of enterprise BI capabilities using Power BI and modern data platforms.
Collaborate with business leaders to define analytics strategies and roadmaps.
Promote adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and self-service BI capabilities.
Establish and enforce BI governance, standards, and best practices.
Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI reporting and analytics solutions.
Define, build, and maintain semantic data models and reporting frameworks.
Ensure performance optimization, scalability, reliability, and security of BI solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with established standards.
Balance business requirements with sustainable and scalable technical architecture.
Own and maintain enterprise Power BI datasets and semantic models.
Ensure data quality, lineage, reconciliation, validation, and governance practices.
Develop trusted and reliable reporting solutions across the organization.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to align reporting and data platforms.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to BI developers.
Review development quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver value-driven reporting solutions.
Drive a culture of quality, innovation, and zero-defect analytics delivery.

Krav

Expert-level experience with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service, Dataflows; Microsoft Fabric experience preferred).
Strong expertise in SQL programming and database development.
Advanced knowledge of data modeling, including Star Schema and Dimensional Modeling.
Experience designing and governing enterprise BI architectures.
Strong understanding of analytical reporting frameworks and modern data platforms.
Proven experience leading or mentoring small technical teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive BI adoption.
Experience acting as a technical SME within enterprise environments.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Additional certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric.
Experience with additional programming languages and analytics technologies is an advantage.
Understanding of organizational policies, ethics, and business culture.
