Seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Shanghai to design, implement, and sustain custom test solutions. Ansvarsområden

  • Interact with customers, NI staff, external partners, and suppliers to design, implement, and sustain custom test solutions.
  • Perform high-level collaborative design of integrated solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to development processes and standard methodologies.
  • Develop reusable software for multiple projects.
  • Review work quality and mentor junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to find efficient technical solutions.
  • Be responsible for technical deliverables for assigned projects.
  • Guide the introduction of new systems and workflows to enable the customer's desired future state.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and talent growth in ADAS, VSE, EV Power Conversion, and Electronics.
  • Lead customer technical onsite tasks and advance opportunities.

Krav

  • BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in SW Development, system integration, and/or test and measurements industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to use one or more programming languages (LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python, etc.) in software design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experience working directly with customers, engineers, and business partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and ambitious environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills - diagnose technical issues and propose solutions.
  • Proactive, self-starter, and ability to work independently.
  • Persistence in driving tasks and leading projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to quickly learn applicable technology, systems, and products.
  • Familiarity with NI products and platforms.
  • Availability to travel 25% of the time.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Understanding of Automotive communication networks and protocols.
  • Good knowledge of ADAS ECUs and sensors like camera, RADAR, LiDAR, Ultrasonic, etc.
  • Experience with industry best practices for designing to meet standards, safety, and certification for high-power panel design.
  • Experience in LabVIEW, TestStand, VeriStand, LabVIEW RT/FPGA, and PXI/cRIO platforms, as well as text-based languages like C/C++ and Python.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
