Microsoft Advertising is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build next-generation CRM solutions with a focus on AI and Copilot experiences. This hybrid role involves data integration, developing AI-enhanced features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 4+ years of technical experience, with a Master's degree and cloud technology knowledge (Azure) being preferred.

Ansvarsområden

Connect CRM with Ads systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms (Power BI).
Support AI-first initiatives and automation capabilities within CRM systems to streamline workflows and improve seller efficiency.
Partner with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.
Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance, and security standards.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Solid knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure).
Experience with large-scale systems and API design.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
For specific work locations in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
