Ansvarsområden
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and review work items.
- Design and implement end-to-end scenarios, performance testing, profiling, and optimization strategies.
- Develop benchmarking and automation tools to evaluate system performance.
- Analyze system bottlenecks, latency issues, and resource utilization.
- Perform root cause analysis and work with component teams to resolve issues.
- Define key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guide other engineers.
- Monitor system/product/service for degradation and initiate actions to restore functionality.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience in performance and system engineering, distributed systems, or large-scale cloud services.
Förmåner
- Base pay range: USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year (US); USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).
- Eligibility for additional benefits and compensation.
