Ansvarsområden

Support account teams with customer-related activities, proactively identifying where support can add value.
Handle customer requests relating to documentation, samples, stock levels, order deviations, and product information.
Support CRM activities, including opportunities, quotations, contracts, customer contacts, and sample management.
Create and maintain customer master data and support account setup processes.
Manage customer complaints in close cooperation with Quality and Regulatory colleagues.
Support forecasting activities and act as a key user of business systems such as IBP and CRM.
Prepare invoices, sales reports, and customer-related analyses.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Krav

Several years of experience in sales support, customer service, commercial administration, or a similar role.
Experience working across different business systems, preferably including CRM and ERP platforms.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a broad range of tasks without compromising quality or accuracy.
Service-minded and highly organised.
Comfortable working in an international matrix organisation with many stakeholders.
Clear communication style.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
