The Senior Sales Operations Manager, BI & Tools at Microsoft is responsible for understanding sales leader needs and partnering with engineering teams to deliver reporting and AI solutions. This role focuses on improving data confidence, accelerating insights, and modernizing tools within complex sales environments.

Ansvarsområden

Define business requirements and solution design for complex reporting needs.
Translate ambiguous business questions into clear requirements, data models, and dashboard designs.
Identify and lead opportunities to embed AI, Copilot, and advanced analytics into sales operations.
Own intake, triage, prioritization, and routing of BI issues, reporting gaps, and data quality questions.
Design Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and tracking rhythms for reporting initiatives.
Manage a portfolio of reporting and tooling initiatives and ensure field adoption.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience working with business intelligence software, tools OR equivalent experience.
Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role.

Förmåner

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year.
For San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
