Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain and enhance reliability and performance of released products.
  • Manage and optimize product data, processes, and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain stable operation of production line products, identifying and resolving abnormalities.
  • Oversee detailed management of EBOM structures, CAD drawings, and technical documentation with version control.
  • Lead root cause analyses for product issues and customer complaints, developing corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design, process, and material innovation.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration with marketing, production, engineering, and quality teams.
  • Manage PDM/PLM systems in coordination with the Sweden PLM team.
  • Develop and conduct technical training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.

Krav

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design or testing of automation equipment, preferably in 3C consumer electronics, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD software.
  • Proficiency in PDM systems for product data management.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional teams.
