Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance reliability and performance of released products.
- Manage and optimize product data, processes, and systems.
- Monitor and maintain stable operation of production line products, identifying and resolving abnormalities.
- Oversee detailed management of EBOM structures, CAD drawings, and technical documentation with version control.
- Lead root cause analyses for product issues and customer complaints, developing corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design, process, and material innovation.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration with marketing, production, engineering, and quality teams.
- Manage PDM/PLM systems in coordination with the Sweden PLM team.
- Develop and conduct technical training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design or testing of automation equipment, preferably in 3C consumer electronics, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD software.
- Proficiency in PDM systems for product data management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional teams.
