Nordea is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer for their Consumer Finance Service Domain team in Gdańsk, Poland. The role involves automating flows, building and maintaining regression suites, and ensuring product quality through functional and non-functional testing across frontend, backend, and end-to-end user journeys. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working model.

Ansvarsområden

Own the quality of the product by creating, running, and reporting automated functional and non-functional tests.
Build and improve test automation scripts to make testing faster, more efficient, and more reliable.
Drive strong test coverage across frontend, backend, and end-to-end user journeys.
Act as a quality champion by monitoring test results, investigating issues, fixing automation failures, and sharing clear insights.

Krav

ISTQB Certified QA Engineer with 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and test automation.
Experience with Java, Playwight with Typescript, Rest API’s, Kafka and Third party integrations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to handle complex challenges.
Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable with diverse audiences.
Quality-driven engineer with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
Proactive and structured, with the ability to identify risks and drive improvements independently.
Collaborative team player who enjoys learning and improving.
Technically capable engineer who likes challenges and has an interest in the financial domain.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in PEGA platform.
Experience in banking (especially in Consumer financing products).
Experience in mobile testing.
