Ansvarsområden

Document and evaluate today’s flow of resources and waste streams in the customer adaptation process.
Make a value stream mapping including purchasing of goods, transport and storage, process and production use and waste flows for different products and parts.
Develop and suggest improvements for a more circular and effective setup and evaluate alternatives for different resources and waste flows.
Verify and discuss the proposed solutions in collaboration with stakeholders within the process.
Document the suggested and improved process including improvements for environment and finances.
Collaborate with responsible engineers, operators, managers and the environmental organization within the plant.
Use a structured methodology and value stream mapping techniques to document solutions and findings.

Krav

Work to be performed by a team of two students.
