WeQuel is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a client in the power electronics sector. This on-site role in Kalmar involves leading hardware and software development projects from inception to delivery, with an initial six-month consultancy period and potential for permanent employment.

Ansvarsområden

Plan, lead, and follow up on product development projects.
Serve as the main contact for customer discussions regarding requirements, status, and delivery.
Translate customer needs into clear requirements with technical specialists.
Prepare and track project budgets and costs.
Request and manage resources from line managers.
Conduct internal project meetings and participate in the product management core team.
Ensure project activities and documentation adhere to the quality assurance plan.
Keep product managers and stakeholders informed, and proactively flag risks and issues.
Contribute to improving project processes and ways of working.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics.
Background in power electronics or mechatronics with a strong understanding of electrical engineering.
Several years of experience leading large product development projects, ideally in hardware or electronics.
Comfortable owning customer deliveries and making decisions in unclear situations.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Structured and driven personality.
Clear communication skills.
Ability to remain calm when priorities shift.
Enjoy working with customers.
Proactive in raising problems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Swedish language skills are a plus.

Förmåner

6-month consultant assignment through WeQuel.
Possibility of permanent employment with the client.
Full-time scope.
Start as soon as possible, by agreement.
